This was a great experience overall (communication, suggestions, patient, effective), I was having significant back spasms and hip tightness. Two weeks after seeing Dr. Arbuckle, I'm in much better place, can't recommend enough. Go see them!!
My family LOVES Jill!! She always takes the time to understand the issue and then she's incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive when it comes to all things body-related. I see her regularly and today brought my 8 year old son since he's been complaining about his ankles. We now know what's going on and the exercises to reduce inflammation.
Dr. Steve was great! Took the time to listen to my son and figure out what was wrong. My son is a high level swimmer (nationally ranked, junior in high school) and has not been able to practice for about six weeks. After leaving his appointment was able to practice the entire time at practice the same day. These guys are great, should have come to them when he first started with the pain! Thanks AST!
So many good things to say about Dr Arbuckle. He's professional, thorough, strong and gentle, communicative, and most importantly he knows how to help fix things like jammed up rotator cuffs and frozen shoulder. He uses a variety of modalities to accomplish the goal. I learned about him from my sister-in-law who is a doctor and I will definitely refer him to my other family and friends.
Dr. Jill is wonderful! I went in with pain running up and down my arm and she knew exactly what to do to fix it. She advised me on how to adjust my workouts while I worked through my injury. I am so happy to have found her and her practice.
Having used PT in the past and not getting results I was skeptical. However, Steven was able to prove me wrong. I had been in pain for over 6 months due to alot of things being out of alignment and various muscle scar tissue. Steven was able to quickly diagnose it and produce a treatment plan that has me feeling normal! Highly recommend.
