Dr. Chloe Nance

Chiropractor

Born and raised in the small town of Martin, TN, Dr. Nance grew up immersed in tennis. She spent years on the courts and attending tennis camps, which ignited a passion for athleticism, movement, and performance. Dr. Nance also participated in track, running the 4×800 relay and pole vaulting.

After high school, Dr. Nance joined the Army and became a member of the elite 82nd Airborne unit. For four years, she served as a medic, parachuting from planes and repelling from helicopters. It was during this time that Dr. Nance was injured and required knee surgery, necessitating cutting back on her running for the time being. This setback became a turning point, leading her to discover a profound interest in weightlifting and sparking a journey into bodybuilding.

Post-Army, Dr. Nance pursued an undergraduate degree in Health Science and Medical Diagnostic Sonography in Orlando, FL. Her interest in biomechanics led her to Logan University in St. Louis, MO, where she graduated magna cum laude with her Doctorate in Chiropractic.

During her time at Logan University, Dr. Nance delved into various chiropractic techniques, developing her skills in Diversified, Activator, Active Release Technique, SFMA (selective functional movement assessment), and Webster. She also gained valuable experience during an internship at a VA clinic, where she provided chiropractic care to veterans dealing with chronic pain and injuries.

Dr. Nance has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of athletes, spanning from elementary school to professional levels. She has treated everyone from weekend warriors to athletes participating in the 2023 CrossFit games.

Beyond the clinic, you’ll find Dr. Nance indulging in her personal interests which includes almost anything active, from weightlifting and golf to playing tennis. She is always on the lookout for new dining experiences, and if the weather is nice, you’ll find her hiking or paddle-boarding on the water.
